Can I register when I arrive onsite at PRSE at the RAI?
We recommend registering before arrival, but there are facilities to register onsite. Entry will be €50. On arrival go to the ‘Onsite registrations’ desk.
Do I need to print out my PRSE badge and bring it to the show?
If you print your badge and bring it to the show you will be entitled to fast-track entry. It is advisable to print it out and bring it along. You can collect a badge holder and lanyard on your way in.
If you don’t have access to a printer, don’t worry, we can print your badge out when you arrive – just go to the visitor registration desks and show your registration confirmation email.
Can I amend the details on my PRSE badge?
Yes you can. If you need to change any of the details, please email: lcottrell@crain.com
How much does it cost to attend the conference?
Both the exhibition and conference are FREE to attend if you register before 1st March. For registrations after 1st March, entry to both the exhibition and the conference will be charged at €50.
Where can I view the PRSE conference programme?
You can view the conference programme here
Will the presentations from the conference be available after the show?
Unfortunately not. You’ll need to attend in person if you wish to hear any of the presentations.
Is there a PRSE Event App?
Yes there is. Once you register you will receive details on how to access and use the App. The App allows you to browse the exhibitors and book meetings with them for when onsite at the show, as well as view the conference programme and create your own schedule for each day.
Can I pre-book meetings with exhibitors before I arrive at PRSE?
Yes. You can do this via the PRSE App. When you register for the show you will be sent details on how you can access the App.

How much does it cost to attend the PRSE Boat Party?
You can purchase tickets for the PRSE Boat party here.
They are priced at €95 each and are sold on a first-come first-served basis. Last year was a sell out so we advise booking soon to avoid disappointment.
