Horng En Plastics was established in 1980. with more than 40 years' expertise in plastic waste recycling, the group is now one of the largest suppliers on recycled plastic pellets by production capacities in Taiwan, process 60,000 tons recycled rPE, rPP, rPS, rABS and rPC each year.

Horng En believes plastics waste recycling must always complies with eco-friendly concepts, includes recyclability, low pollution, and resource-saving. To further ensure right thing will be done in right way, all Horng En recycle plants are built in the Industrial zoon, where waste water, air quality, waste etc. are strict monitored by government agency.

80% of the recycled materials offered by the Horng En Group are customized spec., the product line including …and many more.

Horng En recycled plastic rPP, rPE, rPS/rHIPS, rABS are fully compliant with GRS standard 20%-100%. Our factories 24 production lines and three internal laboratories for QC and RoHS test. Certificates include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 28000, ISO 50001, ISO 14067, BS8001, GRS, TUV, etc.

In November 2021, Horng En obtained first "Marine Debris Recycling Product Label" verified, and issued by the Environmental Protection Agency in Taiwan. HorngEn had made commitment to New Plastics Economy Global to increase our recycled resin sales to 80,000 metric tons by 2025.
