PreZero Polymers Austria GmbH

After finishing my master in Polymer Engineering and Science (Montanuniversitaet Leoben) I worked on my PhD thesis at the Chair of Polymer Processing (Leoben). The thesis focused on the use of inline near infrared spectroscopy as quality control method for polymer processing and production. During this time, I also worked on different projects dealing with tailoring different material properties (Young’s modulus, tensile strength, friction, flame retardancy) by means of additivation with special focus on the recycling of polymers. Afterwards I was working in the pharmaceutical field with special focus on enhancing the bioavailability of different drugs. Since 4 years I am now my work is dedicated to R&D activities in recycling where I am designing recycling products towards the markets needs and also working on achieving circular economy for example by chairing the Recyclass PP working group.
