Since 1993 Kamadur Industrial Knives B.V. has supplied knives to shredders, grinders, melt filters, pelletizers and misc equipment.
Kamadur supplies high quality knives, wear parts and services against competitive terms and conditions.
From our headquarters in Bleiswijk (NL) and with sales managers located around Europe, we take care of all your needs for knives.

Kamadur supplies knives and parts to following types of equipment:

*Shredder blocks, statorknives and holders for all major brand single shaft shredders.
Available from stock in the Netherlands for Lindner®, Untha®, Vecoplan®, Weima®, Zerma®, Bano®, NGR® and Zeno® equipment.
Materials used 1.2379 (D2), Tungsten Carbide (TC) inlay, solid Tungsten Carbide (TC) and case hardened.

*Shredder knives for multiple shaft shredders for all major brand grinders.
Blades provided for Untha®, Gross®, Moco® and Weima® equipment.
Materials used case hardened, 1.2379 (D2). Hardfacing and re-sharpening service provided as well.

*Grinder knives for all major brand grinders
Rotor-, stator- and deflector blades available from stock in the Netherlands for Alpine®, Condux®, Cumberland®, Dreher®, Folcieri®, Getecha®, Herbold®, Pallmann®, Previero®, Rapid®, STF®, TRIA® and Zerma® equipment.

*Knife sharpening machine

The useful grinding length of the knife sharpening machine KS 250 is variable between 1.500 mm to 7.100 mm. Longer machines is available upon request (special execution)
The magnetic chuck is electro-permanent (cold), it means that the current circulates only when you magnetize and demagnetize the chuck (for few seconds), 150 mm wide, with a pole pitch 20 mm and tilting from 0° to 90°.
The segment grinding wheel is ø 250 mm.
Adjustment of the grinding wheel axis perpendicularly in a longitudinal direction from 0 to 3 degrees.
Coolant collecting tank outside the machine base, with an electro pump 100 l/min capacity, 1 nozzle inside the grinding wheel and 2 adjustable nozzles outside it.
Electrical power equipment housed inside an electrical panel positioned on the rear of the machine.
The keyboard is positioned on the carriage.
The machine is set up in compliance with EC 89/392 standards.
